Zechmark provides guidance, information, and service assistance related to cable, internet, and streaming options. We help facilitate your decision-making process through education and expert guidance. We charge transparent service fees for this assistance, separate from any provider charges.

We Do NOT:

• Sell internet, cable, or streaming subscriptions
• Provide official customer support for any provider
• Have authority to negotiate with providers on your behalf
• Request or store your provider account credentials or passwords
• Guarantee specific outcomes or pricing

3. Use of Services

By using Zechmark services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information about your needs
• Understand that our guidance is informational only
• Make your own final decisions regarding service providers
• Not impersonate or misrepresent your relationship with us

4. Service Fees

Zechmark charges separate service fees for assistance. These fees are:

• Distinct from all provider charges (ISP, cable, streaming)
• Clearly stated before you purchase
• Non-refundable if services have been fully delivered
• Refundable within 7-15 days if services haven't been delivered (see Refund Policy)

Zechmark is not responsible for provider billing, charges, or fees.

You are responsible for:

• Verifying all information provided by providers directly
• Contacting providers directly for official support or billing issues
• Reading provider terms & conditions and contracts independently
• Making your own final service selections
• Canceling services directly with providers if needed

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Zechmark services are provided "as-is" without warranties
• Zechmark is not liable for any provider charges, service failures, or outages
• Zechmark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the service fees you paid
• Providers are solely responsible for their own services

7. Data Privacy

We protect your information according to our Privacy Policy. We:

• Never request or store provider account credentials
• Use your information only for providing guidance
• Do not sell your information to providers or third parties
• Maintain industry-standard security practices

8. Termination

Either you or Zechmark may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, you are responsible for contacting your chosen service provider directly to manage your account.

9. No Provider Affiliation

These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Zechmark only. Your relationship with service providers is governed by their separate terms, which you should review independently. We are not a party to provider agreements.

10. Changes to These Terms

Zechmark may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Zechmark services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
